4. Order by phone! My numbers are 877-856-1158 (toll free) and 330-929-2056. The toll free line only works for calls from within the US. Please note that I'm in the Eastern time zone (same as New York). Please try to keep calls between 10am and 6pm eastern time Monday through Friday.
5. Order by Fax or Snail Mail. Follow that link for a printable order form with mailing and faxing instructions.
6. Order by e-mail. No, I don't recommend sending credit card info via e-mail. However, if you're a regular customer and want me to use the information from your last order, then yes, you can send me your order via e-mail without including your credit card information. But please include your full name and address so I can confirm it's you.
